MISCO Return & Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with MISCO. We are committed to ensuring your purchase satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your MISCO product, the following return and exchange policy will apply:

 

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Returns must be initiated within seven days of the date of delivery.
  • Returns can only be made by the original purchaser.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.

 

How to Start the Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Email MISCO customer service at orders@misco.com.
  2. Provide a copy of the original purchase receipt.
  3. Describe the reasons for the return or exchange.
  4. Return the product as instructed.
  5. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item. Be sure to purchase shipping insurance if needed.

 

Processing Your Return/Exchange:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • If your return is approved, your refund/exchange will be processed.
  • For refunds, credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within three business days.
  • For exchanges, a price adjustment may be required, depending on the exchanged merchandise’s price.
  • You will be charged for shipping on exchanged items. 

 

Exclusions:

  • If your MISCO product has a defect in material or workmanship, and to the extent the product is covered under a MISCO limited warranty, then the warranty terms are your sole remedy.   • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping costs are non­refundable.
