We have decades of experience with the most demanding refractometer applications and are happy to walk you through how to use a new refractometer or troubleshoot an application issue.
Warranty / Non-Warranty Repair Service:
In the event that your refractometer needs to be returned to us for warranty or non-warranty service, we have an in-house repair lab staffed with qualified technicians that will promptly evaluate your refractometer. If it is a warranty issue, we will quickly repair or replace your refractometer, subject to the terms of our warranty policy. If it is a non-warranty issue, we will evaluate your refractometer, free of charge, and provide you with a quotation for the work. No work will be done without your approval.

How to Return a Refractometer for Calibration:
For instruments requiring an annual NIST Traceable Certified Calibration, click HERE to download a copy of our RMA form. Please complete the form with as much detail as possible, including the level of calibration required, and return it to the address on the form, together with your refractometer.
